Naturely Conduct

Yesterday, I met up with fellow fashion blogger Nicole Chau at the L.A. Arboretum for a photo shoot. I don't think I've mentioned this, but I recently just launched my photography business Paper Ban Photography  which, at the moment, focuses more on weddings and family shoots. However, I do want to start branching out onto more editorial work and that's when I thought of contacting Nicole. What better way to do a shoot than with someone in the fashion blogging community, right?

Unfortunately, even though we decided on the time, we didn't decide on a location and with all the confusion, we ended up showing up at two different locations! Half an hour later, we finally met up at one location and started the shoot.

For some idiotic reason, I did very little prep work with the thought that we can just go on-location and just start shooting fabulous images. That was definitely not how it was for the first fifteen minutes or so. Don't get me wrong; Nicole was great and modeled beautifully, but my shots were very plain and not worth posting.

It wasn't until we went inside the humid botanical garden that things started to pick up. Doesn't she look great? I loved her outfit too. Her Charlotte Olympia shoes were just too gorgeous!
